 | Is there a deposit required to book a rental? No, there is no deposit required to book. You simply give us a call and we will book your party rental. We do ask, however, that you are CERTAIN about your rental before you call us to book; we do not take the item off the books unless you are certain about your reservation.
We do collect a deposit at the time of delivery, however it is a refundable damage/cleaning deposit that we only hold for the duration of your rental.
| | | Are the quoted prices all inclusive? Yes, the rental rates are flat rates that include taxes, delivery and pick up charges. There are no other hidden fees.
| | | How do I pay for my party rental? We accept payment upon delivery. Once we deliver there is NO refund.
| | | How long do I get my party rental? Our prices are quoted for all day rentals for the day of your party. The allotted time is not set in stone, however the time you're allowed the rental will differ depending on the start time of your party.
| | | What about power? Our bounce houses plug into a standard 110v household outlet. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we will use. Placement of the bounce house should be no more than 50ft from that outlet. If you would like to set up a bounce house at a park, or somewhere further than 50ft away from a working outlet, let us know and we can arrange to use a generator for an additional charge.
| | | Do I have the option of setting up on concrete? Absolutely! The safest surface is a level, grassy area. However, we can set up on concrete, asphalt, or bark. Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper anchors for your event.
| | | When should I reserve the unit I want? Bounce houses are reserved on a first-call, first-serve basis. Popular bounces book up to 1-2 months in advance. The earlier you book, the more choices you have to choose from. If you have a date, please reserve early since there is no deposit required. If bounce houses are still available, we are able to take same day reservations.
| | | What about tips? Our delivery drivers are responsible for the physical labor of setting up the jump house and cleaning it, as well as reviewing rules and safety with you. If you feel the driver did an excellent job of preparing the jump house for your event, a small tip decided by you is appreciated by them.
| | | What is your weather policy? We reserve the right to cancel due to rain or high winds. We also give you the opportunity to cancel, free of charge, up until the morning of your rental. If the sky is overcast or if there is a light rain with no wind, we can still set up our bounce houses. However, if you elect to proceed with the party, there is no refund once we have set the bounce house up.
